30.01.09 Transition

A Reminder to Families and Schools: Career MovesTransition is available for the 2009 academic year for students in receipt of ORRS funding for the Hamilton and  Waikato areas.

We are happy to take phonecalls from the families and schools of non-ORRS funded students and advise them on potential supports and directions for school leavers with disability.

Career Moves' Transition runs two streams:

  1. Our traditional work focus transition programme- with workbook

  2. Service coordination to Community Participation day service programmes.

Our Transition Coordinator is happy to discuss our programmes with individuals and groups-
