Donation From Harcourts Foundation

Career Moves would like to take this opportunity to thank the Harcourts Foundation for a generous donation of $1200.00, which will be used towards the cost of an Evac Chair to ensure safe evacuation of our second floor offices for visitors who utilise wheelchairs. The donation was presentated to our CEO, Roy Wilson, by Brian King of Harcourts in Hamilton on 3rd December 2014.

Without the generosity of our funders, Career Moves would not be able to provide a quality employment service to our community.

If you would like to make a donation to Career Moves and help us continue to provide an essential service to our community; please contact Roy Wilson on 07 8397367 or careermoves@xtra.co.nz

Health and Disability Expo

The 2014 Health and Disability Expo, April the 11 - 13 was part of the Wellbeing Waikato Show.

Career Moves had a stand set up to provide information to the public. Our team provided information regarding Supported Employment and Transition services to many interested people.  There were more people there this year who did not know about disability services; we hope they will benefit from this information.

Funding and Donations

Career Moves would like to thank DV Bryant Trust for their generous donation of $3,500 towards the replacement of our IT system. Career Moves relies on the use of Information Technology to provide efficient support to our clients.

While MSD and ACC provide the majority of our funding; Career Moves could not provide clients with the optimum support they deserve without the generosity of Charitable Trust funders, whose contributions ensure we can purchase the additional necessities.

If you would like to make a donation to Career Moves and help us continue to provide an essential service to our community; please contact Roy Wilson on 07 8397367 or careermoves@xtra.co.nz
